<p class="texto">Duas das ações foram apresentadas pelo PDT e uma terceira pela coligação Brasil Esperança, que envolveu a campanha do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. O ex-presidente foi acusado de usar a estrutura do Palácio do Planalto para a realização de lives no YouTube com fins políticos em benefício próprio. Outra acusação apontou abuso de poder por usar a estrutura do Palácio da Alvorada para se reunir com cantores sertanejos, na véspera das eleições.</p>
<p class="texto">De acordo com a ação protocolada no TSE, a reunião que contou com a presença dos artistas teve apenas objetivo eleitoral e inclusive foi transmitida pela internet. As imputações foram avaliadas por meio de ação de investigação judicial eleitoral (Aije).</p>
<p class="texto">Uma segunda condenação a inelegibilidade representa mais um entrave para as pretensões políticas de Bolsonaro. A defesa dele entrou com um recurso no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) para tentar reverter a primeira derrota na corte eleitoral — que o deixa inelegível por oito anos.</p>
<p class="texto">Nesta terça-feira o corregedor-geral da Justiça Eleitoral, ministro Benedito Gonçalves, apresentou, o relatório sobre o caso. Em seguida foram ouvidas as sustentações orais dos advogados das partes.</p>
<p class="texto">A defesa de Bolsonaro, realizada pelo advogado Tarcísio Vieira, afirmou que não é comum o julgamento conjunto das ações. Ele também rebateu as acusações de que as lives foram eleitoreiras. “Não apareceu nenhum símbolo, bandeira. Não houve cunho eleitoral porque a lei veda. Não se mostrou prova alguma. Presidente Bolsonaro sempre se comunicou por meio de live. É um processo vazio”, disse.</p>

O ex-presidente foi acusado de usar a estrutura do Palácio do Planalto para a realização de lives no YouTube com fins políticos em benefício próprio. Outra acusação apontou abuso de poder por usar a estrutura do Palácio da Alvorada para se reunir com cantores sertanejos, na véspera das eleições.
De acordo com a ação protocolada no TSE, a reunião que contou com a presença dos artistas teve apenas objetivo eleitoral e inclusive foi transmitida pela internet. As imputações foram avaliadas por meio de ação de investigação judicial eleitoral (Aije).
Uma segunda condenação a inelegibilidade representa mais um entrave para as pretensões políticas de Bolsonaro. A defesa dele entrou com um recurso no Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) para tentar reverter a primeira derrota na corte eleitoral — que o deixa inelegível por oito anos.
Nesta terça-feira o corregedor-geral da Justiça Eleitoral, ministro Benedito Gonçalves, apresentou, o relatório sobre o caso. Em seguida foram ouvidas as sustentações orais dos advogados das partes.
A defesa de Bolsonaro, realizada pelo advogado Tarcísio Vieira, afirmou que não é comum o julgamento conjunto das ações. Ele também rebateu as acusações de que as lives foram eleitoreiras. “Não apareceu nenhum símbolo, bandeira. Não houve cunho eleitoral porque a lei veda. Não se mostrou prova alguma. Presidente Bolsonaro sempre se comunicou por meio de live. É um processo vazio”, disse.
