<p class="texto">Em maio de 2021, o ministro determinou que a União garantisse "por todos os meios necessários, a proteção da vida e da saúde das populações indígenas nas terras demarcadas dos povos Yanomami e Munduruku", que têm sido ameaçadas pela presença de invasores e ataques violentos.<br /></p>
<p class="texto">Na data, ele atendeu a um pedido da Articulação dos Povos Indígenas do Brasil (Apib) e pelos partidos Rede, PSB, Psol, PCdoB, PT e PDT.</p>
<p class="texto">Este mês, a Apib informou ao Supremo que órgãos governamentais estão descumprindo determinações impostas pela Corte e que desde o começo do ano tem ocorrido um aumento no garimpo nas terras do Yanomami.</p>

"À União para se manifestar, detalhadamente, por cada um dos seus órgãos e entidades, acerca dos pedidos acima, com especial atenção à alegação de não entrega de cestas alimentares destinadas à agenda humanitária", apontou em um dos trechos do documento.
Em maio de 2021, o ministro determinou que a União garantisse "por todos os meios necessários, a proteção da vida e da saúde das populações indígenas nas terras demarcadas dos povos Yanomami e Munduruku", que têm sido ameaçadas pela presença de invasores e ataques violentos.
Na data, ele atendeu a um pedido da Articulação dos Povos Indígenas do Brasil (Apib) e pelos partidos Rede, PSB, Psol, PCdoB, PT e PDT.
Este mês, a Apib informou ao Supremo que órgãos governamentais estão descumprindo determinações impostas pela Corte e que desde o começo do ano tem ocorrido um aumento no garimpo nas terras do Yanomami.
