"O Direito Penal deve cumprir funções repressivas e preventivas, mediante juízos de proporcionalidade. Foi o que o STF concretizou nesta quinta, ao aplicar as leis cabíveis a golpistas e participantes de atos violentos contra os Poderes da República", escreveu o ministro em sua conta no Twitter.
"Acredito que essa incidência das leis significa uma justa resposta aos autores dos crimes e, ao mesmo tempo, uma diretriz preventiva em favor dos bens jurídicos tutelados , especialmente a Constituição e o Estado de Direito", acrescentou Dino.
