Na casa da suspeita, os policiais encontraram cinco celulares roubados.</p>
<p class="texto">Segundo a vítima, que procurou a delegacia, ela estava indo para a faculdade de ônibus e, quando foi desembarcar na Asa Sul, sentiu falta do celular. Aos policiais, ele contou que teria colocado o aparelho dentro da mochila antes de desembarcar e sentiu um “leve toco” na bolsa. A vítima afirmou ainda que, embora o ônibus estivesse vazio, havia uma mulher bem próxima a ela.</p>
<p class="texto">De imediato, a ageira furtada bloqueou o cartão de crédito e realizou as medidas de segurança no aparelho celular. Algumas horas após o crime, ela recebeu uma notificação de que teriam tentado utilizar o cartão nas imediações da EQNN 19/21 e, por esse motivo, procurou a 19ªDP.</p>
<p class="texto">Os policiais então foram ao estabelecimento e conversaram com a funcionária, que relatou que uma mulher falando em espanhol e com características marcantes tentou utilizar o cartão.</p>
<p class="texto">Após as diligências, os agentes da 19ªDP conseguiram localizar a casa da autora. No local, os policiais apreenderam o celular da vítima e outros quatro telefones furtados. A investigada, inicialmente disse ser chilena e forneceu um nome falso. No entanto, ela foi identificada pela polícia, que confirmou que ela já foi presa anteriormente por outros furtos.</p>
<p class="texto">A autora foi autuada em flagrante pela prática do crime de furto qualificado, por duas vezes, sendo um na modalidade consumada e outro na modalidade tentada, além do crime de falsa identidade. Ela foi encaminhada para a carceragem da PCDF e aguardará audiência de custódia.<br /></p>

Os policiais então foram ao estabelecimento e conversaram com a funcionária, que relatou que uma mulher falando em espanhol e com características marcantes tentou utilizar o cartão.
Após as diligências, os agentes da 19ªDP conseguiram localizar a casa da autora. No local, os policiais apreenderam o celular da vítima e outros quatro telefones furtados. A investigada, inicialmente disse ser chilena e forneceu um nome falso. No entanto, ela foi identificada pela polícia, que confirmou que ela já foi presa anteriormente por outros furtos.
A autora foi autuada em flagrante pela prática do crime de furto qualificado, por duas vezes, sendo um na modalidade consumada e outro na modalidade tentada, além do crime de falsa identidade. Ela foi encaminhada para a carceragem da PCDF e aguardará audiência de custódia.
