<p class="texto">Segundo a Polícia Militar, o infrator estava andando de jet ski quando foi localizado, e ainda teria tentado fugir com o veículo aquático para não ser detido.</p>
<p class="texto">Depois de capturado, o homem afirmou aos policiais que estava solto há mais tempo, mas as informações da polícia apontaram que o detento estava mesmo de saída temporária de final de ano.</p>
<p class="texto">O infrator foi conduzido para o Centro de Detenção Provisória de São Bernardo do Campo, onde se encontra preso, de acordo com a Secretaria de Segurança Pública de São Paulo (SSP-SP).</p>
<p class="texto">De acordo com a pasta, 242 detentos que tiveram permissão para a saída temporária de fim de ano, mas que foram flagrados descumprindo as medidas impostas pelo Poder Judiciário, foram presos pela Polícia Militar no Estado de São Paulo. "Após a constatação da irregularidade, os presos foram reconduzidos imediatamente à penitenciária", disse a SSP em nota.</p>

O infrator foi conduzido para o Centro de Detenção Provisória de São Bernardo do Campo, onde se encontra preso, de acordo com a Secretaria de Segurança Pública de São Paulo (SSP-SP).
De acordo com a pasta, 242 detentos que tiveram permissão para a saída temporária de fim de ano, mas que foram flagrados descumprindo as medidas impostas pelo Poder Judiciário, foram presos pela Polícia Militar no Estado de São Paulo. "Após a constatação da irregularidade, os presos foram reconduzidos imediatamente à penitenciária", disse a SSP em nota.
